Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your Barefoot Boy purchase. If you need to make a return simply send us an email to sales@barefootboy.co.uk explaining your reasons for returning your purchase. Then return your unwanted item within 30 days of your order, unused and in its original condition making sure you request proof of postage.

Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges and you are responsible for all delivery costs for the item being returned to us.

Always ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund, even if your parcel gets lost.

Exchanges

For exchanges please email us at beck@barefootboy.co.uk with the details of the item you would like to return and the reason, we will be happy for you to return the item at your expense and will post out your exchange free of charge.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If we have sent you the wrong item or it has been damaged in transit we will cover the shipping fees back to us and offer you a full refund or exchange.  Should this happen please email us at beck@barefootboy.co.uk

Sale Items

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale item, the package will be returned to you and a staff member will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.
